Product Description
This ZB43A packing line is mainly composed of four single machines:
YB43A Cardboard Packet Packing Machine,
YB59APacket Film Packing Machine,
YB69A Carton Packing Machine and
YB99 Carton Film Packing Machine/naked over wrapping machine
(Coupon Insert Unit and YTB Tax Mark Sticking Unit are optional).
It is used for the whole process of packet packing, packet film wrapping, box packing and box film over wrapping.
It is equipped with pneumatic rejection, automatic lubrication, cigarette packet storage, direct start control system and
also it can be start slowly. It adopts vortex cams dividing mechanism andadvanced PLC programmable control to ensure it the function of automatic detection, rejection and trouble display with easy operation and maintenance.
ZB43A HLP2N Cardboard Packet and Carton Packing Line has got the TUV CE Approval and exported to 25 countries
and areas such as USA, Germany, Spain, Russia, Indonesia,UAE,Romania,North Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong and so on.
Based on the 20 cigarettes packet with diameter 7.8mm, length 84mm and collation 7-7-6, this line has been developed independently the new types of packaging such as round corner packing and packaging line and octagonal packing and packaging line to satisfy the requirement for the different collations, different diameters, different lengths and different quantity of cigarettes.
