Product Description

Micro glass Fiber wool/cotton is flame sprayed from melt glass blocks or glass balls, a necessary raw material for the production of AGM battery separator, air and liquid filter insulation and cold isolation VIP plates. micro glass fiber cotton with a single fiber diameter of 0.3-5um containing 55%-61% SiO2 through high-speed high-temperature flame-spraying process. 
Follos are basic values of different beating degrees and single fiber diameters:

1. 29° are mainly concentrated in 1.7-2.4um.
2. 34° are mainly concentrated in 0.5-1um.
3. 44° are mainly concentrated in 0.4-1um.
4. 49° are mainly concentrated in 0.3-0.9um.

The finished product is like wool, no smell with performances as below: 

1. No binder, flame retardant, electrical insulation.
2. Thermal conductivity 0.04W/(m·K), capacity of 10-20kg/m³.
3. Absorbing water and self-priming liquid, water is easy to disperse and contains free energy.
4. Good chemical resistance, mildew resistance, temperature resistance, slender with high surface area and compressibility.
